Happy almost thursday

Haven't hit the gym yet - but it's only 9:00pm :) maybe in a little while - or squats ... Thinking about doing those from home tonight 👊💪

Skipped breakfast again ... Bad habit!

Missed a day but back at it!

Totally fell asleep on the couch last night! I was out by 9 and didn't wake back up till after 1am! I had to work the next morning, so I just went back to bed actually in bed! 

No gym that night :(

Eating wasn't too bad -
Forgot breakfast - I am still working in that. I don't give myself enough time in the morning for everything and I'm usually not hungry so thats the last thing in thinking about before heading out :( 

Lunch- subway turkey on wheat. 
Pepper jack , spinach , onion , cucumber , banana peppers , olives - no sauce - instead I do - salt/pepper , oil/vinegar and Parmesan cheese :) Oh and a few baked chips for a crunch
-- my go to sub , I couldn't tell you how many I ate when I was pregnant lol!

I snacked on some dry cereal as well, needed a sweet fix :(

Dinner ... I don't remember lol, I that was about when I fell asleep :) oh but I did have Yogurt for a snack when i woke up- it had a mix in of chocolate mini ball things? 


And today -
Skipped breakfast ... Again
Lunch , I picked up pizza - I had 1 slice. Normally I would have had closer to 4 , but I just had the one and drank a bunch of water.

Late lunch/dinner was an egg with a little cheese in a tortilla - a breakfast or dinner kinda night 

Later I made ground turkey and stir fry veggies in soy sauce .... Meh , wayyy too salty!

Wanted to lay on the couch - but opted to get my work out clothes on and just go- quick warm up , Max out incline (15) for about 8mins and the 10 incline for 2 ish ... Posted this below and ended up with someone else making it out for her workout!


 Well my exhausted and now off to bed!

Day 2 complete

Thak you slacker radio for taking me back to high school with some awesome music!

Just got back from the gym- 
30 min on the treadmill - I don't do too much running / joggin - I do the highest incline (15) at about 2.5-2.8 speed . It gets my heart rate up to a cardio level- eventually I will run / jog more! Followed by legs and arms on the machines for another 20-25 mins

Food:
Breakfast! I ate it! Big step for me- not muh butbi had a few bites of over nihht oats -with raw honey and babanas- I never eat breakfast  , I have coffee. Black- no sugar not creamer ... As you can see from the below photo, my boss lady and I feel the same way about the importance if coffee!


Lunch - husband and I made tilapia and homemade mango salsa! I am not a fish person - so this was way out if my comfort zone, but it was actually pretty good! Even the kids ate it :) 1/2 of a tilapia and a spoon of salsa

Snack- muller yogurt with granola
Pita bread and hummus

Dinner - 3 hard boiled eggs
After gym snack another pita bread and hummus split with my hubs.

Oh and hubs grandma came over and brought ice cream. Seriously! Mudslide flavored??? Well , I didn't touch it! And don't plan on it!

So there it is , day 2

Back again - day 1

No pills - no shakes -no powder - just me , eating better and the gym. That's it. (me a few weeks ago)
Today-
We went out for lunch with Hubs parents- pizza / wings / salad ... I had 1 slice of pepperoni, a few wings and finished off the salad. Not the greatest choice , but I have done worse.

But for dinner- I made some turkey meatballs! Actually reallllly good. Especially considering improvised the recipe - pretty much 1lb ground turkey , some seasonings 2 slices of bread cut up into little squares ( I didn't have bread crumbs ...) baked at 350 for about 20 mins. Even hubs liked! Dipped in some plain tomato sauce with some seasoning and that was my dinner!

Even made it to the gym today- I don't really want to go. I was making up excuses not to
1. It's late ( true it was about 930pm)
2. I could just watch tv and do some squats (sure.. A few inbetween commercials)
3. I'm sure I will wake up with some extra time to go in the morning ... (ya right) 

Finally I just put in my work out clothes and just went - glad I made it :) got home about 11:15 pm ... So I made it before midnight :)
 
Oh and experimenting with over night oats? Plain oats - raw honey , sliced bananas greek yogurt - had a few bits after the gym - pretty good, hopefully it's good by morning :)

Well there it is, 
September 1st 2013 -making a change , lifestyle change. 

Starting weight 170 - a little over 10 lbs from a few months ago when I started this blog.

Measurements are written down, need to find them and post and take some new ones.

Back at it and some new shorts

am a terrible dieter and gym go-er.

But I made it to the gym today!

I have been addicted to Greek salad and have has it for at least 1 meal a day for the last 4 days or so :) its better than taco hell! 

But yes gym did happen today- I did an hour on the treadmill - and ended up with a nice size blister on my left foot that us killing me!

Oh and I bought a pair if pretty awesome shorts I plan in Wearing out on my birthday Saturday night!N
Need to work on my butt a bit :) but eh I liked the shorts and might go back for the neon pink ones ;)

This weekend was back to back celebrating our twins 2nd birthday with lots of carbs - bad diet weekend ... But worth it - we had a great time  :)

Almond milk

Addiction.

It is pretty amazing. I started with original and unsweetened vanilla :) both are yummy and mix well with smoothies 

Or just plain- glad I found it!!
