Started with a grocery run, needed to get a few things to mix in my shakes-
First up - butter finger :) actually really tasty! Hubby had a few sips and liked it too!
I think I need a new blender tho- my milk shake was more milk... Less shake ;)
But none the less, still good!
Oh and did a weigh in this evening at 182lbs ... So I will use that as my start.
Need to get a measuring tape - I want to base success not just on lbs lost- but also inches ... That will be a trip to the store tomorrow!
